Most likely yes. Criminals are bad people. So are people who are vengeful or anyone who deliberately does something to "get back" or to hurt others mentally or physically.
The rest are just struggling to be as good as they can altho to "err is human."

You can't stereotype people like that. You have to look at their life and make the call. Some people are wonderful people but something might just spark a little bit of bad in them, maybe they are at a rough spot in their life and feel like being bad then instantly regret it. But some people who do bad things might be a bad person. Just remember that there is hope for everyone in this world. All it takes is a little love and understanding. I think that its the action thats bad, not necessarily the person.
A lot of times a little bad comes out of all of us, but it doesn't mean your a bad person.

Well they may not be at the moment but it sounds like they are working on it. Shape up and smarten up, who do you admire that is a bad person. Would you like to spend your life with a bad person? Aim higher, you have all you need.
