I dropped the metal tip of my battery charger in the dogs water dish while the other end was plugged in... Is it still safe to use after it dries?

I am not familiar with that specific charger. I am familiar with chargers in general. They are basically a well regulated bridge rectifier. That converts ac to dc voltage. The leads should be made such that once dry, they will work with no problems. Dry well and check for corrosion. If corroded, then clean contacts before use.
