Hi I just bought a used Ipod and was wondering if there is some type of reset button or something that will make th ipod as if it was knew that it will erase the name on the About section in the ipod and erase everything. Please help. :)

If You Have iTunes, there is a reset button on there.
and for the name in the about section. you can change that on iTunes too.

When you hook it up to your computer, you set up an account. On that account, you can change the name and reset things on it. Hope this helps! =~)

plug it in to itunes and click restore
