That's what my theory has been since I read HBP. Makes perfect sense... put your horcrux in the only person that can take you down. Since the horcrux is a bit of his soul, that explains all the similar traits that Harry shares with V.

So to take down V for good, Harry must die to get rid of the last horcrux. Again, makes sense with what they've been hinting at all along in the series... that Lord V and Harry's fates are linked together.

I still think DD is alive, and it was a set up by him and Snape for V to think DD was out of the picture, and further ingratiate Snape in with V and the Death Eaters. Snape didn't put the effort into the spell to make it work (just like in class... you can say the spell and go thru the motions, but if you don't mean it, it won't have the effect) and DD could have cast that spell to simulate the injuries in the fall. That way, if Harry has to die, he dies, and then DD comes back to finish V off.

No matter what, it's going to be interesting to see how things turn out.

The Scar. The last horocrux is the scar, which is why Harry must die.

As long as the scar exists, Voldemort can come back!

Interesting, well Harry isnt exactly an imprint or part of voldemort's soul in him, true he posses some of his powers, but that was explained as because voldemort left a scar both visible and within.

Ehh... I don't think Voldemort could've done that. It kinda seems obvious for the story.
