If I could predict the future I'd move to Las Vegas.
Actually, I find the whole autograph industry to be a big mystery. Not sure why people are fascinated with owning the scribble of some other person, especially a modern sports figure. The market is over saturated with autographed this and autographed that. The value of anything is based on how scarce it is. Somehow I don't think Mr. Ryan's signature is all that hard to come by.
All that being said, the best answer for your question: It'll be worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it. :-)

Probably worth more than it does right now. The actual price will be determined by the following factors:
1) What is the signed item?
2) Availability
3) How much one is willing to pay for it.
Another thing that could drive up the price is if by some chance Nolan Ryan is alive or dead in 30 years.

I think alot of it will depend on when he signed it. If he was playing ball at the time, or later in life. I have a two baseballs he signed for a grandson and son about two years ago. Mr. Ryan was very willing to sign autographs for his fans so I figure there is quite a lot of them out there, which that will also decrease the value of them.

Sinced he signed about a billion autographs, and is still alive now and signing a lot, it would be worth about two bits.

if it had a certificat of authenticity from a reputable company like, PSA/DNA then it would be worth about $100 to $150 dollars.
Now if it was on a baseball card, and you just pulled it out of a pack, then the prices already range between $ 150 to $500 because the company that mad the cards has already athenticized the card with his autograph on it.

It's only worth as much as someone is willing to pay for it.

Depends if he dies in 30 years.
If he is dead within 30 years, that paper can be worth around 2 or 3 thousand dollars.
