You can't. With the introduction of NCLB teachers have to be 'highly qualified' in order to be in the classroom. This would require specific course work from an accredited program at a four year university. I would take classes as your community college and begin with the associates then transfer to a bachelor's program in elementary education from your closest university.
Also, many teacher's aids are now required to have an associate's degree. This varies from state to state.

you don't do that with only a high school diploma. got to college and get a bachoelor's degree in education.
