By all means.
I'd like to see him investigated regarding each and every decision he has made since the beginning of his term. I'd like to see every memo, every letter, and to listen to a recording of every secret telephone converation that led to this unwinnable war.
It should be quite interesting.

Uhh...No.

In order to turn Bush over to any kind of court, you need to have a crime committed and some semblance of proof of said crime.

While I know it is tough to accept, but Democratic Party talking points and campaign rhetoric don't quite make the grade here.

Logically, if you were going to do something like that, I guess you would have to add FDR, Truman, Eisenhower, Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon, Carter, Reagan, Bush I, and Clinton to the indictment as well.

But, I guess that is one way to reduce the pool of presidential candidates in the future.

Um, no. World court is a horrible idea and Bush didn't do anything wrong. It's funny how fast everyone forgets that the democrats supported the war initially AND people from that AREA told us this was a real threat- AS IT WAS!

Absolutley not. Even if you believe he is guilty of some sort of war crimes, you would be a complete idiot for wanting to turn any citizen of this country over to some foreign court. We have courts in place that are set up to handle crimes.

That would court be a nice beginning right after his impeachment and imprisonment here in the states. While we are at it, Cheney definitely should go as well. For crimes against humanity for a war based on lies and for torture which goes against the Geneva convention that our country signed.

There are lots of things I'd like to see happen to Bush. But I can't post them. You never know who's watching and reading. One can only dream. And keep our fingers crossed.

Despite his major problems, the current world is far more inferior than us in almost every way, including intellectually, so that would not be a good idea.
