quit worrying, things always work out. if you think everyone is having a great time in high school except for you...it's not true...people ACT like they are having a good time but really they're having just the same of crappy time as you.

if you're nervous about how you act around people...quit caring. just be yourself and open up to people and they will naturally like you more

I have the same problem, when I start to think about something I just cant stop. I get these ideas, and images that only make it worse. What you need is some comfort, if there's allot of pressure on you, try to tone it down. It might be that you take on too much, or that you like to be in control, and when something doesn't go your way, it just annoys you and builds up these feelings you cant stop. I know its a hard thing to do, but you have to relax, find something you like to do alone, maybe read a book, or go shopping, get a job and I don't mean that in a rude way, just something to keep you busy, volunteer some where. They always need a big brother volunteer, why don't you do that. What ever you do, just make a positive thing. And don't let your feelings, get in your way. Its hard but you have to try.

Try talking to a counselor about your concerns. Social anxiety is pretty common in people these days! IT's also VERY TREATABLE!! I have anxiety problems, but I treated them! Talk to your parents about this maybe they can shed some light on the situation! If you don't try to fix the problem then you suffer for the rest of your life!

see if you can find a negative thought breaker.......when you start worry imaging you are somewhere else that you are comfortable and don't usually worry, try to use your happy place everytime you can to break the cycle. you might also want to look into counselling because sometimes biofeedback isn't enough, sometimes you need medication to help get you through. good luck and please do yourself a favor and don't suffer in silence or longer than you have to, if you can't break the cycle soon seek professional assistance.

Take a deep breathe.
Start each day as a new day.
Know you are in high school only for a minute, there is no one to impress besides yourself.
Pray. :)

every time you feel yourself starting to worry, stop and think about something in your life that is great that you are grateful for.
