I know there is a ticket to work and that benefits may extend for 9 months if the recipient keeps working but how about working limited hours?

You're allowed to make $800.00 a month. If your on Medicaid, you can't make any money or you will have a spend down amount ( That's in Missouri. It may be different in other states.)

Check the web site for social security, they list what the minimum amount you can earn a month/week and still receive benefits. They also show you how much will be deducted or if all of it will be. It's not much. Sorry.
