Will Apple charge me a diagnostic fee for my iPod nano if it's still under warranty?

I've tried Apple's help support, no help. I will be sending my iPod in, I don't want to go to Apple stores. Stop suggesting that. =P

No, they will not. As long as its under warrenty.

i don't know, you got a call assistance for no cost i think, maybe you can also try to get it to an apple store geek, those guys that are on the apple's stores, maybe they will help you at no cost, you could also try apples web support: http://www.apple.com/support/ipod/five_rs/
