There is no such thing as warts that frogs and toads give you, but there are ways of getting rid of warts. Go to a dermatologist, or go to a pharmacy and buy some wart remover.

Frogs and Warts
Some say that you get warts from touching frogs and toads.

You get warts from human viruses, not from frogs and toads!
Frogs have slimy skin to stay moist when it is dry, and toads have bumpy skin to help camouflage them in their habitat. Some frogs and toads have paratoidal glands which secrete poisons as protection which can cause skin irritations and may be poisonous to some species of animals, but warts have nothing at all to do with the frogs themselves!

Moles, warts, and epidermis tags are normal epidermis lesions that grow naturally. While they're usually non dangerous, they can be awkward if located on a visible part such as the face. Epidermis wounds like moles and warts cause self confidence issues to the sufferers. A person with moles normally turns into a loner because they don't really wish to be noticed in public. They think uncomfortable to be out in public, so despair can normally follow but you will change all of this with this specific information from here https://tr.im/L0mh6 , Moles, Warts and Skin Tags Removal eBook.
The writer of the eBook, Charles Davidson, is really a practitioner in alternative medicine.  He's also a specialist in natual skin care, using normal treatments to remedy several types of skin conditions.
Moles, Warts and Skin Tags Removal program is just a 100% organic system, established to remove skin deformities such as for example epidermis tickets, moles, and warts, regardless of how large or small they are.  It's also safe to make use of on children.

That could be an abcess (a really bad infection) and I would take your frog to the vet and have them treat it. Frogs don't get warts like people do so have it checked out ASAP!

I had a few warts a while ago, and I just went to a dermatologist. They shot them with some liquid nitrogen (it just felt like it got sprayed with really cold water), and they they dried up and fell off while I was in the shower a few days later.

My friend hates going to the doctor, she actually got a wart on her foot, and got it removed naturally by using crushed garlic, pressed against the wart. She wore it under her sock, held by cotton and some tape... :-P. If you are disgusted of garlic, then do not try it..., it did work for her, it made it soft enough to remove the tissue, once it was "flat" she continued putting a crushed clove of garlic,...once in a while....eventually it went away..!
