Okay now I know this isnt Gucci or Chanelle, but Dilliards has very pretty cocktail dresses, I once got a black full length gown for $17.76 at DILLIARDS!

Forever 21 has awesome really cute dresses
Macys most are under $100 and theyre really cute
Charlotte Russe and Wet Seal are great for dresses too.

Macy's. Thisit or DKNY, GUESS,TOMY HILFIGER, or go to upstairs in Ralph Lauren and try a clearance till 100 bucks.

Nordstroms usually has good quality/labels for under $100 (if you look for it!!)
