You may want this to be hush, hush. I wouldnt tell your hubby, b/c maybe it is cheating, maybe it isnt but what man wouldnt want a peice of the action??? If your friends, get a bottle of wine, grab a movie, sit around and talk. Many women look for attention from other women, the wine just makes it easier to admit. Suggestive converstation and honesty--ie make it a gallon of wine ...Nora Jones...you know what turns you on as a female, be subtle, you know what will melt her too, then just see what happens. Either you will have and evening of bonding, or an evening of bondage!!!!!!!!

I think you should be upfront with your husband who knows he may want some of the action. If this she works with you or you see her all the time be careful you don't want to cause conflict. In a conversation bring it up to see how she feels and if she likes it go for it.

Well GREAT!!!! Do you even think she is interested in women? You may wanna stand a few feet away from her if you think she may not swing that way. I had a woman hint around to me, she shoulda stood a few feet away. Just lettin ya know the possible down side to this scenerio.

I would try bringing up conversations regarding sex between two women and see what she thinks about it. Then and only then should you proceed from there. You don't want to lose her as a friend if she does not feel the same way.

Better think twice I can tell you that in the courts eye's it doesn't matter if it's 2 women or not cheating is cheating so unless your husband is into it he can file for divorce and you will loose everything now you got to ask yourself one simple question....is it worth it......

See how she feels about women liking women first, then if she's okay with it, then I would tell her, you'll be supprised, that she may feel the same way.

hmm you are a woman.. just maybe throw some hints her way....very subtle.. if you are very close to her then it could be awkward and could really repulse her.. if you arent that close to her then be forward and honest .. but it really depends on how you feel about her friendship .

Just tell her, some girls get scared if there not into girls and another female is hitting on them. Just say "hey, I kinda dig you....I don't know if you know i'm bi but if u ever wanna kick it - i'm game"....................that's what I'd do anyways.
