TMI I know but... My husband and I have been baby dancing like crazy which is making it difficult to check my discharge because I can't tell if it is ovulation discharge or just left over semen. Is there a way to tell the difference?

Fertile, egg-white mucus should stretch repeatedly in only one of two strands. Semen tends to be a little cloudier, and often stretches in several spiderweb-like strands. You may be able to stretch it a few times, but then it will begin to break.
Also, Put a glob of it into a little cup of water. If it is EWCF, it will ball up and sink to the bottom, but if it is semen it will dissolve
