So far as we could get it to "zoom" was our block (I guess I wouldn't expect a satellite eyeball to get all that much closer, 's fast as it's gotta go and 's busy as it is with other stuff...). And Google Earth had our street address off by half a block anyway, so the block view was okay enough. We were on dialup, so it took painfully long to enter a street address and keep zooming in ... and zooming in ... and zooming in ... and ... yawn ... never got to a point where we could do much more than see our house as approximately 3 pixels for a space that really occupies 30 feet
