I never have and never will eat a tongue sandwich.
I have a rule about not eating anything that was used for licking in its previous life.

i have eaten beef tongue but i think it's gross and even tho i raise cattle, i don't want to eat that part of the cow

It was chewy and I didn't like it, but that might be because I knew what it was.....
