No. The main reason is that male actors in main stream movies cannot get and maintain an erection. With the professional environment they work in, respect for their female actress partner, and all the crew, lights and the fear of being accidentally filmed of their genitals, the actual penetration is virtually impossible. Besides the female actress will not tolerate it. Only exception that's possible is if the acting couple are husband and wife or boy/girl friend. If you don't think maintaining an erection is hard on demand, even the adult film industry uses 'fluffers', non appearing females hired to masterbate and provide oral sex to keep the male actors erect. some do and dont..like movies with real married couples yes they do, so they say by the actor and actress...For example Tom and Nicole and many other actors and actress who are married in real life. Some really do have sex in there scene's according to them...but who really knows, only people who knows are the one on the set.

They do have a few movies with real sex scenes that aren't "Adult Films" but I don't remember exactly what movies they are, but then there are those Jenna Jameson movies- that's real :)

No. And there are a lot of tricks used to make it appear as if they are, such as partial garments, camera angles, and cutting/editing shots of the scene.
