smth which has vegetarian dishes as well.. a cosy place to eat and chat.. preferably ard central singapore.. reasonably priced.. and if they serve drinks that's even better..

Peace Center at Chinatown. I think is 3rd floor, vegetarian chinese restaurant very nice but beware of crowds on 1st and 15th of the month (lunar calendar).
