Ok the problem im having with pop-up's started when I downloaded and installed Windows Live Messenger Khalid Edition to fix the error of logging on and checking my mail. Well the software did fix the problem I was having with messenger but it enabled pop-up's to appear on my screen. I uninstalled and deleted the program hopping they would go away but they still come back. Ive tryd everyway to block the pop-ups from the Help and Support and even downloaded the best pop up blocker i could get and they just keep coming back. I just dont know what to do anymore to stop the pop up's.

I was told to get Ad-ware removal program to get rid of the add ware that got on my computer and did it worked tested the internet no more pop up's but the very next day they some how came back. I did find somthing new out though that when im on the internet and a page loads up I find at the bottom left corner it says Done, but with errors on page.

Google these :
Browser Hijacking

Check these sites out, instead of a quick fix, if you learn to see the signs, and notice changes in your system thats a better solution otherwise, you'll just keep getting the same reoccurance.

Download, update and activate all options of a program like this :
http://javacoolsoftware.com/spywareguard.html

Keep it on and updated.

However the problem could be two-fold i.e. spyware on your system, when you boot up, your adware remover removes one part of the problem, the other stays resident and replaces the 'removed' pests either on reboot or as soon as its counterpart is deleted. Like most virus programs there's a payload and a deliver system/program most adware/worms are similar some hide as legit programs.

You could once you become more familiar check these out:

Wow your computer is really screwed up! Well if adware can't find the program causing the popups then nothing can its really good. The best thing would be to re-install windows. Nows a good time too you can get a copy of windows Vista. when you install it though don't boot up windows go into Bios and select boot from CD and format your hard drive. Once you have the new version installed the program doing this will no longer exist.
