Rita - I feel your pain as I too am unemployed. Have you tried the Unemployment agency in your area as they will have job listings. EDD, the unemployment agency in my area will set up training, resume writing, interviewing skills and other classes to help displaced workers find employment.
If you are not getting results from the resume that you're sending out, then it's time to reformat it. Your resume should be no longer than two pages - preferably one. Always have someone review it for you and offer suggestions.
Below are some job sites that might also help you out. Good luck and don't give up as something will come up.

This is difficult to answer, however you may want to take a hard look at your Resume to make sure it is doing you justice. Make sure there are no spelling errors and that your resume accurately explains your qualifications and what your experience is.
Always write a Cover letter or Letter of Introduction that explains why you are applying for the position, why you are interested in it, and why you think you are qualified.
Dress for success on every interview. Make sure your body language shows confidence and be prepared to answer all questions forthright and honestly.
When you fill out the application, write ledgibly and do not leave anything blank. Don't put "See Resume" in the previous job section of the application.
Always write a Thank You Letter directly to the person that interviewed you and drop it off personally rather than e-mailing it.
Finally, take a hard look at the type of jobs you are applying for to be sure if they are the right match for you.
You may want to go to a Temp Agency and let them advise you and get you started working in temporary to permanent assignments. Remember that temporary assignments often can lead to permanent employment if the employer is impressed with your work.
Hope this helps.

Unfortunately, I have a couple of long periods of unemployment on my resume. At the moment, I've been unemployed for 10 1/2 months (I was released from a job in mid-March 2006 because my position was "revamped").
You should definitely have someone, preferably with experience in doing it, critique your resume. You should also reconsider how you are distributing your resume and how you write your cover letters.
Good Luck!

You should buy a book by Dr. Lois Frankel, it is called Nice Girls Don't Get the Corner Office. You can find it cheap and used on amazon.com. It lists 101 unconscious mistakes women make to sabotage their own careers. It is amazing, life changing, and on target. Go to www.drloisfrankel.com for empowering and motivating speeches. I know that it won't get you a job, but it can provide you with some "what not to do's". Also, remember, when going on interviews, you MUST remember that you have something that the hiring manager is looking for, if not he/she would not have asked you to come in for an interview. You must tell yourself how great you are! It is time for you to shine, talk up how great you are to yourself, get yourself pumped! If you believe it, you will convey it! Interviews are about making the right connection!
I wish you the very best of luck!

If this is a serious question, you need to work on your written communication skills.
If I were reading through a resume which looked similar to your question, I would not be willing to set up an initial interview.
There is not enough information contained in your question for anyone to attempt to answer it in a helpful manner. Have a good night.

I would have to have way more information than that to give you a good answer. I do, however, have good advice. The company I work with is awsome and offers a work at home career. They are BBB members, offer 401k, full training and support as well as benefits for your family. If you are the kind of person who enjoys helping others, maybe it would work well for you.

Have you spell checked and grammar checked your resume?
I personally won't read resumes that have spelling mistakes or grammar mistakes.
The way you phrased you question leads me to believe that this is likely your problem.
