Well I highly doubt that the Halloween stock is still around in stores, otherwise I would have told you to check in the costume stores etc. (you could still try who knows) , but for sure those teeny-bopper shops that sell paraphernalia for chicks will definitely have. They usually stock all this glittery colourful stuff like makeup and fashion accessories. The trade name Caboodle comes to mind for example. Just say its for your sister if anyone asks :)

i could say the two crimson and pink. they the two artwork so nicely with brown and it may look magnificent! in case you wind up liking it, you may desire to get semi-everlasting dye. It washes out at last. i take advantage of Mani-Panic to semi-completely dye my hair blue ^-^

There is no such thing as coloured hair spray! To change your colour in your hair just hair dye will change the colour of your hair
