We live by our dad and see him like every two weeks of so. now he is 80 and aging very fast. The doc says he " well he's 80" and he does have a leaking heart valve. But wow I never saw a guy age so fast I look at pics of him last year and now he looks 10 years older . He is stooped over turns his whole body to look at you like his neck is stiff. He just sits at partys and smiles. He used to be walking around partys But no more. is he on the way out?

Spend as much time with him as you can because he doesn't have that much time left

My Dad died on his 65th birthday w/o any warning
He worked that day

your dad isnt aging faster, your seeing him in a new way that seems to you to be faster but is really just you finding more time to look at him. The more you look the more you relize that you havent realy paid much attention to him and now all of a sudden you relize he hasent much time left. look deep into his eyes sometime and see if you can still see the love that is there for you.i"m betting that you will see as now your eyes are open

I hope not. But statistically yea, he's getting to the end. My dad aged very quickly before he passed. Enjoy him while you can. And let him know that you love him.
