anyways? I mean if they produce 4 million-250 million sperm and you have sex everyday, shouldn't there still be more than enough sperm in there to get pregnant? Men are constantly producing sperm. Even if they are having regular sex, so why would it lower a chance to get pregnant if he has a lot of sex? I'm confused???

There's no harm in having more sex, but there's little benefit (from a fertility standpoint) in more than every other day. If you have sex less then every other day, you're reducing odds of pregnancy. On the other hand, every day is not much more effective then every other day.

While men produce sperm constantly, after ejaculating it takes about 2 days to be back up to 100% again. So more frequent sex, there's less sperm per ejaculation ...
Plus sperm can live for a couple days in the woman, so you're covered.

Feel free to have more sex, but every other day is 'sufficient'.

i'm particular you receives a lot of people-drugs thoughts. yet they're all unproven at best, and shown fake in a good number of circumstances. there is in hardship-free words one scientifically sound technique that i'm conscious of to boost the opportunities of having a particular gender baby. Gender is determined via wether the impregnating sperm contains an X (a woman) or Y (a boy) chromosome. there is an extremely small massive difference contained in the load of sperm with an X and sperm with a Y. A properly-stocked fertility lab can take your husbands sperm and use a centrifuge to split the Xs from the Ys, and then use the Xs to artificially inseminate you. the different technique is rumour and/or hookum. yet a minimum of they have the coolest thing about being appreciably more low priced than the centrifuge technique. solid success.

Although sperm are constantly regenerating, a man's testicles need a little time to rest. He may produce a lot of sperm, but the ejaculation may not be as powerful if you are having sex every day. I've heard that the best way to conceive is to have sex every other day insuring a stronger ejaculation.
