It never happend, usually people who does that don't have the nuts to say it in the person that they are trying to offend in the face, they usually do it from the safty of their computer, or while driving by you fast in their car while you are walking, but If I was so lucky to come across someone who would say that to my face, I would smile then I would beat their @ss!!

I cant stand racism and if im with a group of people and there is someone making racist jokes that offend someone in the group or around us i wouldnt have any problem mentioning it to the person telling the joke. Some people tell jokes like that without the intention of hurting anyone...they are just basiclly re telling a joke they heard somewhere else. Then again there are people who tell them just to be mean. If it doesnt offend anyone near by i just dont react at all. I have no intentions of laughing at anyone else...i sure wouldnt want anyone laughing at me...its not a very good feeling.

My uncle began a joke that was beginning to sound like the intent would be racist. I told him to stop; that I didn't appreciate that way of demeaning people. He never tried that in front of me, again. If you don't stand up for what you believe to be right, then you are wasting your opportunities.

I know this isn't quite what you meant. A few years ago I was living away from where I was born and brought up, they used to refer to me as Geordie. You know I was quite proud that out of my locality I was recognised as a person from where I had grown up, my roots, I really cant see what all the fuss is about, I am well aware that on the great scale of things there are major issues, but surely, it all boils down to live and let live?

I'd tell them off and make them feel REALLY bad.
Then I'd ignore them until they apologized to everyone for the comment.
It actually depends on the seriousness of the joke........
If it's REALLY bad then yeah.
But if it's not I'll just tell them off and maybe let it be........
And to punkest.... THAT'S a racist joke.

I often call it out, even when I was a kid. So people did not make these jokes around me ever. You really do a lot of good because these escalations are easy to stop early.

I usually either just turn and walk away. Or make a comment about the joke not being funny at others expense.

I cant stand an ignorant person, so knowing myself, I would tell them that I dont appreciate racist jokes, end of discussion.
