i've heard some people say that you have to wait 6 months if you fail but then i heard someone say they were taking it for the forth time in a row... does anyone know the real answer? thanks!

- and its not the manual, i already looked. that would be a good place to have it though lol

If you fail the road test, you must wait at least two weeks before taking it again. To reschedule the test, go to the same driver testing center or another testing center. If you fail the test several times, the MVC might ask you to wait six months before taking the road test again.

No! You can call the DMV and reschedule a test immediately, as least you could ten years ago when I got my license in NJ. I failed the first time and got it like a month later
