what in the world is comfortably tense?? No kind of tense feels comfortable to me!

Hmmmm....comfortably tense?? Sounds like an oxymoron to me.I am uncomfortable when I am tense. But...I have tried to relax and failed which added to my stress thus making me MORE tense.Is that what you've experienced?

Yep, if I'm stressed and try to relax for some reason I end up getting more stressed!!
