If you are concerned about rabies...rabbits rarely spread rabies. You cant get rabies from a scratch from the foot, you have to come in contact with saliva. Rabbits have a very dry tooth and it is hard to spread rabies that way. Look it up on the internet. Rabbits are sort of in the rodent family....rats, squirrels and rabbits all have the same kind of "tooth" and rarely spread rabies.
Wash the scratch really good and apply an anti-bacterial cream. If it become (or stays) red or swollen or changes in anyway but good, go to the doctor immediately!!!

Nope...Just clean the scratches and apply ointment to prevent infection. I had a pair of rabbits and was always scratched up by them. Never had any problems stemming from just scratches.

The scratches will turn red, swell, and gradually fade. In a year or so, they'll be gone. You want to watch for excessive swelling, pain, or oozing. If it's deep, antibacterial ointment is a good idea.
Unless they're really deep, it's no big deal.

if it was a claw and not her mouth than you should be fine. IF you bring your bunny outside a lot i would probably make sure to clean it well.
