Using the Michael Collins movie strategy? (my next statement will seem odd if you haven't seen the movie).
Technically, I'm pretty sure that asking me what I;ve had for breakfast will not give you any sort of advantage over me, but if you must.
I rarely eat breakfast because I always wake up nauseated in the morning (and no I'm not pregnant, before any snide comments can be made).

i didnt eat breakfast, or lunch and like no dinner i had about 2 ozs of salad though if that counts.
