We have done it everyday since the last day of my period. We had sex today. Are my chances of conceiving good? Anyone get pregnant a couple of days before they were expected to ovulate? Just wondering? Thanx

Chances during any given cycle is about 25%. Having sex every day is actually not good for increasing your chance, the man needs about 48 hours to get his sperm count back up to a really high level. Sex prior to ovulation can help you to conceive a girl, because femail sperm live longer than male sperm.

If the conditions are right inside of you sperm can live up to five days inside you. So if you ovulate in two days chances are pretty good. Try again in two days, the expected day of ovulation, but not tommorrow (gives his boys a chance to get built up again in number).

Chances are good...Just relax and try to be zen about it... because it will happen eventually. I have heard that having sex every other day just before and during your "peak" time is the best thing to do! Also, ignore statistics, they are averages and everyone is individual.Wishing you luck!

Ovulate===to release an egg from the ovary.
You can NOT get pregnant if the EGG IS STILL IN THE OVARY!!!
The egg must be released, in order to get pregnant.
