to be honest....

forget about it
you are most likely small peanuts to the IRS and they'll never catch the mistake

this is what will happen: youll probably receive the refund from the IRS. then at some future time you will receive correspondence from the IRS saying that their records differ from your tax return and they show additional wages and taxes withheld. either they will make the adjustment themselves or ask you to file an amended return. if you owe them money, they will charge interest and penalties from 4/17 forward. i wouldnt worry about it though, im sure you had enough tax withheld and its more likely that they owe you money.

Yes, you shouldn't have filed until after the 1st of February, you now have to do an amended tax return. You can do it through Turbo Tax.

You have to file an amended return, changing your return to report all your income including this new W-2.

Don't listen to the people telling you it's too small for the IRS to mess with. The computers match everything up, and spit out the letter telling you what you left out and how much additional tax you owe.

You have to do an amended return. You can go to a professional tax preparer and they can amend your return for you. or it may not be enough for the IRS to care about, but I would amend it if I were you.

file Form 1040X for an amended return; you must wait until Feb 15

you can just file an ammendment to your return. i would file it, if i were you. probably won't affect much, since you only worked 5 days. unless you made millions in those 5 days :-)
