If you're learning without thinking, than either what you are learning is not important or complex enough for you to need to think about it, or you aren't really learning. Learning without thinking would be learning something you already know, or would be so easy to learn it is in fact useless. Generally, the joy of learning things is having to think... Make sense?

Its not hard. I disagree with the statement to begin with as I dont believe you can learn without thinking. What he means is if you are currently attempting to learn then you will not if you do not think about what it is you are trying to learn. You can not just fill your brain with facts and understand them without thinking about what they mean and how they may apply to life or anything for that matter. I do agree that to think without learning is dangerous. An idle mind is the devil's (or whatever evil you believe in) workshop. You must not let your mind run rampant with thoughts that appear with no good purpose. In doing so you are possibly engaging the part of your brain that begs for chaos. If you are to think it should be thought that has some type goal, for example to learn or create. To think just for the sake of thinking is insanity.
Hope I was able to help.

Bluto's top in this one. as compared to someone weilding a sword, or a team, or perchance a baseball bat, nunchakus are not to any extent further gonna help you a lot. in spite of the undeniable fact that, they could generate something like 1500 pounds stress per sq. inch at aspect of impact. The human cranium cracks at something like 17 pounds. except you're the Highlander, swords are somewhat troublesome to cover, same for a team and ballbat. i will thoroughly cover nunchakus in my waistband below a jacket. in spite of the undeniable fact that, I have a tendency to accept as true with you in philosophy. there change into a piece of writing in an previous Black Belt mag that stated a proposed ban on all martial arts guns and he emphasised his aspect by potential of sticking a shuriken right into a watermelon. Black Belt retorted by potential of sticking ink pens, forks, spoons, toothpicks and etc right into a watermelon. the point is that many stuff might want to be risky if used as a weapon or used incorrect. Nunchakus are basically one element that are meant to be a weapon and genuinely might want to be utilized as a hid weapon- an exceedingly sturdy one. therefore, carying one and not using a reason (like martial arts training) is gonna get you busted.

Learning without thinking is useless because if you don't think about wat your learning then you don't truly understand what your learning....... and.... thinking without learning is dangerous because you might come up with a great idea like to cut wood without learning how to cut it... in result they cut their thumb... therefore it is dangerous........

Mindlessly learning without actually understanding or have an ability to argue the point, you must think to learn. You'll pass your tests a whole lot easier.

I think one's ability in relation to rationality or his/her thinking potential is vital to academic or professional improvement. Thus, your professors are not amused if you usually immerse in learning his/her course without thinking. Sometime, in-depth reflection is also required rather than mere thinking and, you know, there are various forms of thinking related to learning; it is what psychologists have long studied and researched.

thinking too much will take too long for you to actually learn something. I'm talking about regular day to day things like hockey, guitar, psychology, etc etc
Philosophy wise well, there is nothing to learn but much to believe.

You can't become truly educated by just memorizing facts, you have to think about them and understand them.
