okay so right now im a junior in high school. I go to a high school filled with drama and bitchy people. All of you know the kind of things there are in high school that (mostly girls) worry about. Well my question pretty much is do you regret worrying about stupid high school stuff? like people the prettiest of most "popular". I guess what im just looking for is a word of advice. thanks guys!

Just a few years out of high school, I was amazed at how trivial the stuff was that I worried about in high school.

Look at adults that you respect and think for a moment how different they are than the kids you are complaining about in school.

What is the main difference?

Maturity. Kids in high school do not have the maturity needed to act like adults so what you get is a whole different world than what you will experience once you are out of school and working for a living. Even college will be an improvement because those people generally are a bit more committed and having to answer for themselves so they learn to be more mature minded.

In two years, all that drama will be irrelevant and worrying about it now is just a waste of your time. High school has a lot of drama and none of it is important. Just be true to yourself, work hard, and be the best "you" that you can be. The world is made up of all kinds of people and everyone has a place no matter how hard it might seem during the high school years. College is much better but you can still find drama there, especially freshman year. If you learn coping methods now, you will have a wonderful and successful work life because you learned early on how to deal with these types of people without being distracted from your own goals and ethics. Best of luck.

i think you should just focus on yourself and get through it, then you will see when you graduate the people who are popular or anything else will still be in school or will probably be out from droping out

I was never in the popular crowd. They just seemed so fake to me. Trust me, it will not matter on graduation day.

Yes, one day you will realize it is all petty stuff. Be happy with your friends and don't place too much importance on the BS.
