In early pregnancy, do you feel symptoms, especially mild cramping & headaches, more at night than in the day? Also, my nipples aren't that sore, but they are slightly harder than normal. Does that sound like a symptom?

I am at least 6-9 days away from my period. No PMS yet.

Those symptoms sound promising, however it is always hard to tell because they can also be premenstrual symptoms. When I was pregnant the first time my first sign was EXTREMELY sore breasts. I could barely even put a bra on without wanting to cry. Good luck!!

It really depends on the woman. I'm 5days late right now and I have been sick(cold), had head aches, cramps, sore nipples and some other symptoms for about 1 1/2 weeks now. More symptoms every few days. I figured I was having PMS but now I'm late so. They say you can test 8-10days after conception. The amount of HCG hormone can also very woman to woman. So it's almost a guessing game I'm finding out. I have an appointment Mon. I'd wait to test until the day of your period. If you can't wait test maybe a couple of days before. Every 3days or so the HCG is susposed to double.
I hope things turn out the way you want them to. Good luck

They are signs of pregnancy, but they could also be signs of your period coming. Have you felt like this before a period before? If not, then maybe you could be pregnant. You can test with first response 5 days before your next period. For a more accurate result wait at least two days before though. The earlier you test, the more likely for a false negative.

They are signs of pregnancy and of a oncoming period. Wait until you are late then test that is the only way to know.

Those are really questions you should ask your doctor. Everyone experiences different symptoms during pregnancy.
Hope this helps.
