click "tools" top of you browser a little pull down menu will appear ......
.click pop up blocker............ best advice is to turn it off.....of course some will say it is a mistake to turn it off but you can decide this for yourself once you know where it is, nothing bad or evil will happen if you decide to turn it off, so it is not a mistake, it is just a choice you make......... pop ups are very easy to just click off if they appear....once in the lounge........click "options" bottom left of the lounge and choose the small tables/windows option

Sounds to me such as you have a popup blocker working. attempt holding down the *ctrl* button while you click the link, and shop holding it for a 2nd or 2 till the recent window starts to look. desire that helps.

First insure you have java installed.
http://java.com/
Second insure you have in enabled in what every browser you have.
third make sure you have popup blocker off or enable the site in trusted list.
let me know if all these are checked if you still have issues

turn off and back on your computer and if that doesn't work reset or "clear your ssl slate" under "internet options" It's probably a java problem.
