Why new cellphones in Ebay are so cheap?

mainly because many items don't exist.
many are listed on hijacked accounts.
many are listed by chinese scammers.
if you want to buy a cell phone, go to a real store.
why risk getting ripped off?

Some are used phones that people want to sell. Some sell in bulk ( suppliers) to stores .
