You already tried out and made the team

if you don't play you are letting the team down as you already took a spot and prevented someone else from getting it

Play Basketball is awesome and if you already made the team then tell her to get over it and deal with it and that you are better than her and she needs to deal with it and get over it!!

Yes you should, and she should cheer for you. If she really loves the game shell come and her watch her good(and talanted im guessing) friend play. Dont worry, just help her out and maybe youll be teamates next year.

congrats.

If she likes basketball, and you say she does, then she should be happy you have made the team.

Don't gloat about it.

Just do your best.

And, since she enjoys the game, let's hope she will be proud of you.

i think that you should continue to play but teach her, possibly, how you made it. like your basketball skills. i understand that it is tough for your friend, but i think she will be happy for you, still.
