I use a layout made by CreateBlog.com. You can also use the layouts that MySpace suggests for you (the PimpMySpace site). Also, try looking at your friend's profiles and see what websites they use to get layouts and backgrounds. All of the instructions should be on the website you choose.

u can go to pimp my myspace or google and type in stuff for my myspace u can find layouts and backgrounds, all u do is when u find the one u want is copy n paste to your about me section and bam u got it hope this helps

there are many places to find back grounds all you have to do is copy and plaste the code into the about me box. you can also add other things in the other info boxes to make your page look better... the first answer has the right page for you
