I was wondering besides Michael Vick, is there any fast quarterback in the NFL?

Daunte Culpepper and Donovan Mcnabb used to be great scrablers but knee injuries have made their speed suspect.

Vince Young is pretty fast, not as fast as vick, but almost there. Seneca Wallace is also very fast, but very small, and not even a starter.
the NFL really is dominated by pocket passers right now. McNabb was drafted because he was seen as a scrabler but he made it public that he would be a pocket passer, in which now he is a great pocket passer that can move when needed, instead of vick who is a runner and throws when needed.

Well Vince Young would be next!! Then I like Mcnabb and Wallace? Also like Jason Campbell of Washington.Then comes Conner Jackson and Bruce gradkowski. McNair and Batch are good but, getting old??

Vince Young for sure, but there are some overlooked ones too: McNabb is pretty fast but dosnt run as much as he use to, Bruce Gradkowski for tampa had decent speed, Calpepper for miami has good wheels when he's healthy, Alex Smith for San Fran has decent speed, and Carr for Houston has decent speed, he kind of has to because he's always running for his life.

yeah um carson palmer is okay-speed
otherwise I'd go with Vince Young
I think Vick's needing a team-change this season, atlanta's holding him back
If he was on antoher team, he would really spark because hes got way more talent than shown this season
