Hello All, I am just curious as to who out there thinks that Valentines Day is worth all the fuss? Me personally I think it has to be one of the worst holidays that is in existence. If my man was to spend 80 dollars on a dozen roses I would be so pissed. Wait a day and take me to dinner, movies and the roses for the same price. Oh wait I forgot that if you need a holiday to show someone you love them then you are just a moron. I also think that it should also include men. All the ads are make her happy?!? What about him. Most couples I think realize that it's a 50 50 thing and if you are going to give something you BOTH should do it. Does anyone out there think that this is a good way to spend money? Or make her happy?

Valentines Day is an excuse for the department stores to make tons of money,and to make single people feel like they don't measure up.I don' t think you need a national holiday to tell someone that you care.

I'm with you. I don't even want to go out to dinner on Valentine's Day because everything's so crowded. It's all the same to me is we go out the next weekend or a couple of weeks later. I also think it's dumb to have one day of the year to tell someone you love them. Why not every day?
