POKEMON leaf green?????

Does anybody know where professor oak's aide is located??? (the one with the "flash HM" that im supposed to get) I cant find him! Ive checked with a lot of his aides, but not the one with the "flash HM" :-( ....please help me

Go from Vermillion into digletts cave and have a pokemon that knows cut with you. Head through the cave and head south, destory the tree and you'll come to a builing, inside will be Professor Oaks aide, you'll need to have caught at least ten pokemon to get it however.
