Sounds like the coin is in very good to fine but on wheat cents it is the wheat that helps in grading. It's value is .35-.60. If it jumps to very fine- cheek and jaw bones worn , no worn spots of wheat heads then it jumps to $2.00. with a mintage of 39,157,000 it is not rare, but kind of has a low mintage for a Philadelphia mint coin from that era. It is worth holding on to. the values above are about what a dealer would pay for it.

I collect wheat pennies and one in 1921 is worth anywhere from 7-25 dollars, depending on the condition its in.
