J Crew has some nice ones.
Also, Ann Taylor Loft, Target, Nordstrom and Macy's has had them.
If you want something cheap, take a look in a place like Claire's.

at the mall i usually go to there are about 5 stands (little carts in halls of the mall) that sells headbands and accessories, i have a really big mall so i am not sure if they have those at your mall. but i have seen some headbands (not as large of a selection) at aldo accessories, new york and company accessories, forever 21, and charlotte russe
