Okay, I AM NOT CRAZY FOR SAYING THIS. It happened to my mom and this is what she did, it worked but be veryyy careful:
1) Take it all apart
2) Turn the oven on as low as it goes
3) leave it in for a little while (check every 5-10 minutes)
4) Take it out and let it air dry for a little while
5) Re-esemble.
may work, but does not always work! Try it but BE CAREFUL.

This had happened to me before. I’m a lot more careful now when I'm near the toilet. Anyway, I took it apart immediately and let it air dry. Worked fine after that, but the battery wasn’t so good.

blow dry it
jk
first take the back and battery out or if the battery is attached to the back just take it of...if its a flip phone then open it, lay out the battery, and the phone upside down or whatever so the water can drain...yeah...leave it out for a day or two and that should be okay, and if it wasnt in the toilet for too long, then it should be fine...and also you can wipe of some of the water if you can take of the key pad or whatever...yeah...GOOD LUCK!

Yeah, like your other answers..........blow dry it......then let it dry over night before even trying to turn it on. Maybe you'll get lucky where you won't have to buy another one. Best of luck to you.
