LOL I love baby laughs! I do the dumbest things to hear it... Have you seen the book "97 ways to make a baby laugh"? It has great ideas and really cute pictures!

Ok, funny stuff to do...
tickle his back, eat his toes, eat his hands, play peek-a-boo with silly faces, bounce him on your knee... I think the key to all of this is building the anticipation, so say "I'm gonna......" a couple of times before you do anything.

My friend's husband plays "toilet" (your baby might be too little). The kid sits on your lap, back to you, and you hold out one arm straight ahead. The kid pushes your arm down, you yell "FLUSH!" and open your knees to drop the kid giggling to the floor.

I am smiling just thinking of your baby laughing. Enjoy!

Enjoy every glorious moment of it, before you know it he'll be a sullen teenager. Believe me this is experience talking. How blessed you are to have a joyful baby.

Mine loved to be talked to and would giggle. Of course this will cause curious looks from others when asking which dress to buy. He also loved to have his fingers and toes nibbled on. Even zooberting (our version of the raspberry) his back or head.

LOL.....Laughter is wonderful, especially coming from a 9 month old who is HAPPY!! There should be no answers to your quest to stop the laughter if thats what you want. Consider it a true blessing and enjoy and cherish every second that you hear it.

A baby's laughter is the best! Why make it stop. I love it when my little ones laughed so hard they did the "belly laugh" :) Just enjoy it.

9 months is still pretty young and he might just like the sound of laughing. at that age, my son did things repetitively when he first learned them. at least you know he is a happy baby. it could always be worse, he could not laugh at all.
