My Daughter put on a thick pair of socks with the shoes on and and then wore them around the house
for a hour . It worked and the shoes
were comfortable.

Hi
I have had this problem many times before as I love shoes, even if they hurt my feet!
If the shoes are made from leather, I would recommend that you purchase a 'leather stretch spray' from the shoe repairers. It is usually about £5.00 and works like magic! Spray the shoes with the shoe stretcher in the areas that pinch, then wear the shoes immediately for a while indoors, until they either start to ease or you cannot practically wear them any longer. The spray softens the leather slightly and then the shoe stretches and actually moulds to the shape and size of your foot (within reason obviously!), therefore it is nearly impossible to over stretch your shoes. I would recommend doing this a couple of times BEFORE the big day, depending on just how tight the shoes are! Once they feel comfortable - stop spraying and wearing inside.
On the day you could keep the can (it is small in size) to hand in case the shoes hurt again, if so, pop off your shoes, spray again and put the shoes straight back on to get the best effect. You may find that your shoes are slightly wet inside after you have sprayed them, do not worry this will dry quickly and is worth it to help ease the pain in the long run.
Good luck and congratulations on your big day - enjoy!

You would think it was easy to boil an egg. While elementary matrix operations are simple, there may.

You can buy shoe stretchers from shoe shops and key cutters. They look like a plastic foot cut in half with a big screw in the middle. They work well and cost about £10 at most.

put a little oil (olive, baby oil) on the inside of the shoes where tight (not too much you don't want to stain the shoes)this will stop the toes from rubbing.

Go to a local shoe store. I know ALDO will stretch their own shoes, and they might be willing to help you out too. It could be worth a try.
CONGRATS and GOOD LUCK!
