If it is psychological or emotional problems, contact something like Lutheran Family Services, or your church can point you in the correct direction.

If it is also physical problems, get yourself to a doctor or call the County Health Services for help or referral.

There are usually help-lines listed in the phone book, that are staffed by trained and caring people.

Just reach out and keep reaching until the correct person gets to you. The important thing to remember about these helpful people is that they WANT to help you. But it can be as difficult for them to reach you as it can be for you to reach them. Keep trying.
