Nothing here where I live in Phoenix, but my buddy got snow in St. David which is about 20 miles north of Tombstone. His dogs had a blast!

Yes. I lived in Mesa many years, one winter day we woke to about 1 - 2 inches on the ground, it was 15 degrees .
