i give in a little bit, sit in the dark, don't answer the phone, not eat, or eat chocolate, just stew in it a bit. but not for long. that is dangerous. then i talk to friends, watch comedy central, get some sunlight. that helps.

When I'm feeling depressed, I pamper myself. I usually go shopping, spend the day in the spa and go to the salon.
