President Clinton promised we'd be out by Christmas of '96 for this war? Truth is, it would all fall apart if we left. Why doesn't anyone complain about that?.

Kosovo was part of a NATO mission and was approved by the UN. The actual war lasted 78 days. There are presently less than 2500 US troops in Kosovo. There have been more American deaths than that in Iraq.

It's a good thing Clinton stopped this massacre occuring on both sides. It would have spread into eastern Europe.

Bush could have ordered them out 6 years ago if he was so inclined. He's the decider, or so he says whenever it's convenient for him.

how come we still have troops stationed in Japan? and Germany? it's been 60 years!

(i know a guy personally who was stationed in Japan for the last 5 years or so. he just went to Iraq- he volunteered.)
