Yes, in Ct.Unless there is a sign up stating no turn on red .
1st they passed the law then put alot of signs up. I can understand
at the busiest intersections but some of the signs are in places
that have a small traffic level.

Yes you can, UNLESS there is a sign posted "No Right on Red". Which there is only one that I am aware of in my town.

you can in my province. but you have to come to a full stop first, and then inch forward to turn right when there is no traffic coming and no peds.
